Empire Steakhouse is built on much more than brick and mortar – its foundation is built on the nearly 40 year journey of the Sinanaj brothers. The three brothers, Russ, Jack and Jeff, came to New York with a determination to succeed and a strong work ethic they credit to their father.

Once learning the trade at Peter Luger Steakhouse, they went out on their own, bringing a special warmth and hospitality to their restaurants.
